Is the software really free?+
Yes. There is no subscription. We earn a standard processing fee when your customers pay you through Afripay. If your workspace processes less than USD 500 a month, you get a 14-day grace period, then a small fee of USD 15 a month applies.
How do I receive my money?+
Payments settle to the M-Pesa till, mobile wallet or bank account you add during signup.
Can I still take cash?+
Yes. Record cash sales in the same system so your reports show everything.
Do I need special hardware?+
No. It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Receipt printers and Android POS devices are supported.
